To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

When you connect your social media accounts to SocialCrew, you authorize us to access and use your account in accordance with the respective platform's terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Service complies with the terms and conditions of each connected social media platform.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using our AI-powered content generation features, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion and should be reviewed before publishing
  • You are solely responsible for all content published through your accounts
  • You will not use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity

7. Pricing and Payment

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Service Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialCrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SocialCrew and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SocialCrew operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
